John picks up the corpse for a final embrace
As a bit of blood hits his lips, what a taste!

One last caress of his cold, blue body
But John has a thought oh so naughty
So he plunges his pecker into the stab wound
And popped the cadaver just like a balloon

He gathered the limbs and organs
The mass of flesh like the head of a gorgon
"To the basement with you!" he said to the lad
The start of his collection, John Wayne has gone mad

"You won't be lonely long little one in my arms,
I'll bring friends for you soon." he said with such charm
And now the dead boy is under the house
As Gacy paints his face and dons a red and white blouse
