The first song we played live on April 30th at Slim's. First time that Echonest was a full band featuring Mike Lamardo on drums and keith lewis on bass.

Echonest is named is named after my dog Echo who loves to make little nests out of blankets and Ella is the sweetest little pup who happens to be Echo's sister. However lovable she might be, puppy time is still a very real thing and I think you can hear that half way through the piece.

This is another tune that I sent a solo guitar recording over to the guys and they wrote their parts around it. When we started meeting for rehearsals, we had to massage the parts a bit but I still amazed when I hear what they wrote.
